had a roof put on by a company that has no affiliation to Jim that included a lifetime warranty, the first time it rained the roof leaked, called them up they came out and said it was fixed but the next time it rained the roof leaked again. So I called Jim and he came the next day and figured it out and fixed the problem! I had moisture issues in the attic and he put in a ridge vent on my roof and took out the fans and I haven’t had any problems with my roof since. If you’re considering any kind of roof maintenance call Jim first, he could probably save you a lot of money. Thanks Jim

5 stars – Outstanding Service! Jim at Repair Specialist Inc was amazing! He fixed a roof leak that several others couldn’t figure out, which was such a relief. On top of that, he tuck pointed our chimney and did a fantastic job; everything looks solid and neat. Jim saved the day with a time-sensitive repair! He was communicative, explained everything, and was super understanding when I had follow-up questions during and after the repair itself. Over at least five years, when we have had a roof, skylight, or siding problem, we have been saved by Jim "The Repair Specialist." He is highly competent and reliable, stands behind his work, and his prices are reasonable. But Jim reports one recurrent problem. On days without stormy weather, home owners call and he can promptly drive over, provide an estimate, and soon do the repair. But many people don't regularly inspect the outsides or upsides of their homes. So on stormy days, desperate home owners "deluge" his business with calls but Jim cannot promptly help.
