Had a consultation for 1pm. At 1pm I called to confirm the appointment. They said they’d call back. They never called. At 2pm I called again and they said the technician had asked to reschedule to the 31st. No one ever called me to inform me of a reschedule and I wasted a whole afternoon planning around an appointment that would have been a no show had I not called to find out they weren’t coming.
