We are so happy with our electric fireplace and stone panels we purchased through Fox valley stone and brick. Highly recommend working with them.
9/25 Arnold & Ricardo serviced fireplace. Outstanding, great sense of urgency & resolve. Customer service so good, they took time and in detail explained service.
If I could give less than one star I would. Phil told me he could do a fireplace insert for less than half the price that I got from other quotes and then never responded to any emails that I sent for months. I have been going back and forth since probably March. Maybe February of 2025? It took multiple emails. Multiple contacts, multiple threats and now I've been told that they will double the price triple the price. Forget that!
