American Heritage Fireplace

I had both my fireplaces cleaned today by Dylan who was professional, thorough and knowledgable. When I made the appt I knew that the blower was not working on the upstairs fireplace. I was having issues with the basement fireplace starting but didn’t know beyond that. With inspection Dylan said the snap disc needed to be replaced in the basement fireplace which was also needed for the upstairs fireplace. Problem is he only had one with him with the correct part #. I asked him if I was going to have to pay another trip charge ($200) to have a snap disc ($52.87) changed out and he said he didn’t think so but would have to check with his boss. Answer - Yes, I’d have to pay that. What? Great customer service, right!!!! 3/19/2026 James was here today to replace the snap disc on my basement fireplace. After doing so he further investigated and found that the rheostat also needed replacing. This was all done under the second waived trip charge and no additional labor. Now that is what I call great customer service!! I want to mention that James, besides being knowledgeable and professional, was very personable and easy to talk to. American Heritage Fireplace is lucky to have him as an employee.

Our new gas fireplace is awesome! The whole process was very easy. The installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend American Heritage!

Service techs for routine maintenance did an excellent job, very thorough and explained everything they did and current status of our gas fireplace. These were skilled tradesmen that knew their trade! Excellent experience from setting up with office throughout the service call.
