A1 Chimney

Randall came out to take a look at our chimney and ended up doing a full cleaning—really glad we called him. He was punctual, explained a couple things that needed attention, and didn’t try to push extra services. Left the area spotless and everything’s working smoothly now, would definitely reach out again.

Less than ideal experience. My questions were answered with contrasting responses and I felt like I was being sold something I never even inquired about. I received phone calls from 3 different people confirming my appointment when the technician was already on site - so multiple people were showing up to my house for the same service! The whole process was very uncomfortable and A1 Chimney can’t give me an explanation as to why I have multiple people showing up for the same service. The technician also showed up in an unmarked car so to be honest I have know idea who was even in my house at this point. Terrible waste of money
