Don't waste your time calling this business because they won't call you back. Left two messages over a 3 week period with no response.
David never showed up twice to look at the chimney at our business. I have called him at least 7 times. Now he does not respond. I get the feeling it's because I'm a woman and he just doesn't take me as seriously as he would if it was a man calling for help. I have no idea what kind of job he does or if it's good. Courtesy he certainly is not good at.
Isaac and his workers did a prompt, clean and high quality job. He gave me an estimate which was very reasonable, and completed the work within a week of giving me the estimate. Isaac if knowledgeable, cares about the work and gets it done right the first time. His people also did a great job of cleaning up the remnants of their work. I would highly recommend Isaac and Traditional Masonry.
