He handled the chimney flue cleaning service with impressive professionalism. He pointed out corrosion on my existing cap, so I used their chimney cap repair service. Later, I chose to replace it entirely using their chimney cap replacement service from the Chimney Caps and Covers service lineup. He also walked me through the benefits of their Chimney Liners service and recommended a Smoke and Heat Shield service to help reduce heat loss.
