We got a new insert today. The install guys were unbelievable. We were OK buying one slightly oversized so we could get a bigger window, knowing it would stick out a few inches. The installer instead widened the opening to make it perfect. Thank you!

Couldn't be happier. Gagnon helped give our fireplace a stunning makeover. We ran into a bit of a design issue on the day of installation and Nate + Adam were quick to resolve it. We installed a new gas unit and ordered all the stone through Gagnon. We also used the mason they recommended and were so, so happy with the end result.

The professionals we worked with were all wonderful. We had an in home consult who provided answers to my endless questions and during our visit at Gagnon, we were able to see so many options and left with a great understanding of the costs and time involved in the installation. The installers were thorough and had the whole thing done in about 6 hours. Goose and his team cleaned up, showed me (repeatedly) how to use the remote and what to expect. Lovely experience all the way around! The new unit also was about 20% less than I had expected - happy.
