The kids were excited at their quick ladder climb up the steepest part of the roof; plus Mom appreciated the quick/detailed cleaning of the hearth. We've had out-of-town folks charge us an arm and a leg for service work at Kachess, but not here... we'll 100% hire this local company again next year. Thanks again! I thought there was good communication and follow up after scheduling 3 weeks out.

Marshall and his crew did a great job. Scheduling and payment system was very straight forward. I definitely recommend and will use this service in the future.

Marshall ghosted me in 2024 after inspecting my chimney and telling me he would order a cap, then no-call no-showed for a chimney cleaning on 10/29/25 scheduled 3 weeks in advance with date and time confirmed in writing and did not answer my calls and texts, then showed up at 10/31/25 at noon when he was not scheduled and tried to clean my chimney. He rarely answers texts or calls. I assume this is because poor customer service does not tank your business in a high-needs area such as Yakima, which has been my experience with other contractors.
