Chim-Chimney Sweeps

I requested for a chimney service and got an appointment for the day I wanted the chimney cleaned. Communication was great using text. Very efficient, knowledgeable, clean and thorough. Had chimney cleaned, replaced some fire bricks and inspected the unit all within a hour! Very satisfied!!

I called and set up an appointment to have them come look at our chimney between 10AM-12PM. I took time off of work and even had our house stay cold all night in order to make the process easier for them. After waiting until 2PM I decided to give them a call where they said "sorry we had to cancel all of our appointments this week." Extremely unprofessional and do not reccommend their services.

Our chimney cap was damaged by snow last winter at our cabin near Lake Wenatchee. We contacted Angelique at Chim-Chimney Sweeps in Wenatchee. Less than 2 weeks later Juan came to our cabin and replaced it while some of our family was at the lake. No one even realized he had completed the job. No mess. We finally had a chance to light it up and see if it works. Yes it does! We were very happy with Angelique with her professionalism handling our problem. Juan was great to talk to on the phone, since we never did meet him, very professional also. We definitely recommend them. They are honest! Juan said we'd need the chimney swept in a couple of years, he could have said we needed it right away. Thank you both for solving what seemed like a big problem.

We’re only renters, but Juan’s service was truly above and beyond. Very clean in home, very easy going, and overall the first choice if I EVER need this on my own home. Thanks Juan
