Down Right Cozy Fireplace Shop

I’ve had the opportunity work with Down Right Cozy Fireplace Shop several times in the last month. Each on varying types of fireplaces. In two instances they were able to service, clean and get working the fireplace that other service professionals said need to be replaced. When parts needed to be ordered they were quick to move forward with the next steps and communicate clearly to both myself and the client. For years I’ve been trying to find a fireplace expert that offered great service and has the wide scope of knowledge to service new and old fireplaces. I feel like I’ve found them in Down Right Cozy. To top it off, every representative I’ve had a chance to speak with is kind, hardworking and provides great service. I trust Down Right Cozy with all of my clients and family referrals.

Scott and Down Right Cozy have been so great to work with. Scott helped me troubleshoot my electric insert over the phone, and even reached out to the manufacturer to try to get updated parts info. This saved me a service call and I was able to figure out that the unit was fried without spending money on that part of the process. He then helped me order a new unit, and got it installed in our vacation home in Gig Harbor, even though we live out of state. We did it all over the phone/text and it couldn’t have been easier for me. I also like that DRC sells Modern Flame electric inserts; they are well-reviewed and recommended online, so it made me feel confident to go with DRC because of the products they choose to carry. The last thing is that the installer did a nice job of keeping everything neat and tidy and left our home in the condition it was found in- I always appreciate that.
