The guy was late, when I called they didn't even remember my appointment. They still made it the same day but when they showed up (2 men) the older one, in charge, was very obviously drunk. He even tried to give me the wrong invoice twice, mixing me up with other random customers. The other younger man with him was trying to cover for him, and I could tell he knew the guy was drunk too. They ONLY good part of the service was that the inspection was quick and inexpensive. I have to receive a chimney inspection every year for my job, so this year I'll be looking for some one else, even if it costs more.
a year ago, great service. this year cancelled twice the day of appointment. explained that he was enjoying his friends deck and could not make it. now searching for someone else.
Very unprofessional, would not provide an Insurance Certificate or W9
