Great company. Respectful, polite, professional, honest, and trustworthy. I am very pleased with their quality of work, knowledge and clean up. If I need something done that they can do, I will be hiring them again.

I experienced a chimney leak. I think it was Nicolas who came out and gave me good feedback about the reality of the rains we had and that I didn't need any work done. It was so refreshing to have an honest tradesman. He definitely won me over and will get my business next time.

Update to the reply to my review: I called the number that Google has for the business. Upon arrival tried to upsell me for a simple job, then offered financing. Seems shady to me.

Had a great interaction with South Sound Sweeps! Mike and Nick were prompt to respond to my email requesting a cleaning. Nick came out and did a quick and fast job cleaning our chimney. I'd highly recommend!! I originally had called Safe Chimney Inc for one of their deals on cleaning and inspecting our chimney - they were very quick to "find" $4,000 worth of damage that needed repairing and were pretty pushy to get it scheduled. Nick said he couldn't see any evidence of what they had said needed to be repaired. We're very happy to have chosen South Sound Sweeps!
