didnt even think my dryer vent was an issue till towels stayed wet after forever in the dryer. Safe Chimney came out, found a huge clog in the vent that was stopping air from flowing. now everything dries way faster and no more soggy clothes. if youre in tacoma, wa these guys are worth a call. wish id known this was a thing sooner!

Chimney had a rusted damper from water sitting on it for years, they finally replaced it and stopped the leak. Fireplace works great now with no more water issues, will use again, best in Tacoma, WA.

DO NOT USED THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT A FIRE HAZARD AND LEAKS! Horrible company. Don't trust the 5 star reviews here. The flashing repair they did in 2025 didn't even make it to the new year before it leaked again. They came out here to inspect and said it was fine and told me to wait until my roof leaked again because he wasn't seeing water (even though there was evidence of water dripping). I had a roofer inspect, and they showed me pictures of holes and gaps in the caulking used. Then they are giving me the run around knowing full well they are liable for damages. On top of that Sound Brickworks charged less replace both the crown and properly install the flashing than Safe Chimney charged for just the flashing (About 9k total for safe chimney vs about 3-4k for Sound Brickworks for the same job) they also found Safe Chimney used flammable petroleum products to seal the chimney tops, which was a code violation.
