Preston at the North Spokane Country Homes location did an excellent job servicing my Viking hot tub. He installed the needed parts and took the time to do a full system analysis to make sure everything was running properly. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained water care and ongoing maintenance. He made it easy to understand and gave me confidence moving forward. He also introduced me to the O-Care system, which I’m excited to start using. Professional, thorough, and great communication. I highly recommend Preston if you’re in the North Spokane / Country Homes area and need hot tub service or repair!

I was at the home and garden show and came across Country Homes Power and they had a swim spa they were showing. I already had one but fell in LOVE with the one they had and wanted to upgrade. They made it so easy. They let me trade in my old one for a new one. I bought it on Tuesday and they delivered and installed it on Thursday. The team was great! Everyone was so nice and answered all our questions! I recommend them!

From start to delivery, we had a great experience. Be bought a tub and massage chair and couldn’t be happier with both. Brian our sales person was amazing. No pressure and very knowledgeable. Would definitely buy from again
