They did not vacuum the firebox and strong-armed me into writing a good review before they left.

was outside doing some yard work and noticed water was dripping right into the firebox every time it rained. didnt even realize that was a thing that could happen. Jason came by and put on a new chimney cap which finally kept all the rain out. it took a bit longer than i thought but now even when it pours the fireplace stays dry. wish id figured this out sooner. if your chimney leaks water these folks really know how to fix it.

They finally figured out why there was that musty, mildew smell coming from the fireplace area, it was a problem we'd been dealing with for years. After their work, the smell is gone and the whole spot feels fresh again, glad to have this fixed after so long.

Today my clothes were taking forever to dry, like two or three cycles. Safe Chimney Inc cleaned out the dryer vent, and now it dries fast again. Really appreciate how quick they handled it!
