Elite Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning

Alex did am amazing job at my parents house. He took great care of my parents home cleaning the dryer and air vents.

They were very fast and efficient. Daniel did a great job and even replaced the dryer line at no extra cost.

Was told we would get free assessment with quote before any work was done, then if we agreed to quote the labor would happen. Guy showed up, said he didn't even have tape to properly connect our duct, asked for use of our personal materials then charged $100 for horribly taping the provided materials to a shoddy duct that we needed fixed without ever giving a quote. Said it would be over $500 to do the repair we actually called for, told us we'd have to schedule again and then left. When I tried to call customer service I was given a vague response and told I would get a call back at some point.

Polite, professional and efficient, gave me a good report on conditions in the system.
