Terrible experience. They gave me a quote for a chimney repair. Then after I put a deposit down for the repair, they said they actually needed to do a full rebuild instead, which would cost significantly more money. I told them to refund me my deposit since the terms of the deposit were not respected, and they still haven't done so after two months. Operationally, this company was all over the place, as I interfaced with three different contractors over a few months, each having no idea or alignment with what the last tech recommended. Hopefully other customers have had a better experience than I had.
