I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. The difference in air quality was noticeable immediately cleaner, fresher, and healthier. What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and great customer service, but Eco Quality Air truly delivers. I’m grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, high‑quality service.

Stay away from this company. I booked it through promotion for 69$ for vent cleaning. The guy who came said we need to deep cleaning and said it would cost us 150$. Later said there is some clogged and it would cost extra 200$. Felt like a scam. He later did cleaning for 2 minutes and said its done. When asked why the lint wasnt removed from dryer he said that wasnt part of scope and demanded 150 plus tax and was very rude.

He refused to clean the chimney from the roof because it was wet out. He took no precautions to contain dirt and dust. He removed the ceramic blanket saying it wasn’t needed. He got dust all around the fireplace. Soot from his hands left handprints on the white wall next to the fireplace. He tried to vacuum the area but left seeable soot around the fireplace. He charged $440 and asked for a tip. He was a pleasant tech but very dirty. I texted the company to get a receipt and invoice but after asking for my email, have not responded. They advertise they are Yelm Chimney Sweeper but the tech said Yelm was too busy so they passed the job to ECO Quality Air. Since they cleaned the chimney from inside the house, I don’t know if the entire chimney was cleaned because there’s a screen to keep the birds out he never checked. Would not recommend this place.

SCAM!! These are the pictures of our chimney flue after they "cleaned" it. NO one will return calls or emails. Unfortunately we paid cash. Stay away!! Update. Over 200 views so far and for those reaching out, I hope I've helped you stay away from this company. Still no response to my complaints of fraud. So many fake positive reviews! Check the profiles of people leaving good reviews. This company is nothing more than scam!!
