He inspected our chimney and old wood burning insert, providing us with all the information we needed in order to make a decision on how to upgrade our insert and chimney for safety and efficiency. He offered an incredible amount of advice and personal perspective that is incredibly rare and valuable these days, and we look forward to having Top Hat Chimney and Brock out to clean and maintain our fireplace for years to come.
Top Hat Chimney Sweep and Repair did a great job on fixing my chimney. They called the night before to remind me of the appointment and the arrival time, which was a huge plus. When the Mason got to the house, he explained everything and got started right away. He fixed the chimney, made helpful suggestions on using the fireplace, and treated our home with care. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this business.
