We are very happy with Cascade Fire Solutions! We actually bought a new gas fireplace from them 5 years ago and loved it. But last year we started having trouble with it. It was making a lot of noise from the fan. It was bad and the whole unit would rattle with noise when the fan came on. I tried to fix it myself and took the glass front off. I ended up breaking the glass trying to put it back on. Then I did a really bad thing and lit the fire up with the glass front off. I did not know you are NEVER supposed to do that and I burned up the pilot assembly so the pilot would not stay lit. I finally called Cascade for help. Daryle was the pro who came out and took it completely apart and did something to the fan bracket, replaced the pilot assembly and put a new glass front on. He put it back together and it is working like new and very quiet. Thanks Daryle!

From start to finish, this was fire. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home like it was their own. They answered all my questions without making me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about (which I didn't). Jack and Jeremy were professional and friendly, their craftsmanship was impeccable, the cleanup was thorough, and now we never want to leave the coziness of the fire. 10/10 recommend, they brought the heat.

After installation of the fireplace I'm thoroughly pleased with the installer, the installation and especially the heat it puts out. I would recommend it to anyone.

PUSHY SALES TACTIC DISGUISED AS A SERVICE CALL Requested a tech visit to troubleshoot/repair my vented gas log fireplace randomly going out. The tech arrived, did not bring tools and had to use mine to get the fireplace going. He told me me it's going out due to airflow reasons/ambient temp differences. Sure, fine. The tech immediately told me these vented systems are incredibly dangerous and are basically a death trap that could sicken my entire family or worse. He went on to tell stories of several people he knew that died because of these fireplaces and immediately tried selling me a direct vent gas insert. Of course they were running a "once in a lifetime" special where I could get one installed for the low base price of 5k. He claimed that the fireplace was pouring out gas constantly at unsafe levels. His CO meter read 4ppm directly inside the fireplace while my CO detector directly outside read 0 ppm. The whole visit felt like trying to instill fear in me for a sales pitch. No service was performed (cleaning of parts, basic maintenance) and the problem persists. The tech was happy to take my $125 though. He took a photo of my credit card which is super sketchy and I'm already looking out for any misuse. There are several other reviews telling the same story. These shady tactics need to stop immediately.
