All Points Heating & Fireplace

Hired All Points Heating & Fireplace to replace a wood burning fireplace with a gas insert. The removal of the existing fireplace and installation of the gas insert was completed with courtesy, knowledgeable professional people from start to finish, and the finish product looks amazing. We began the process by initially getting a quote from a different fireplace company in Lynnwood. They recommended to tear down the brickwork and replacing the entire fireplace, with not only electrical but also to hire a contractor to do the finish work, which ultimately about $20k. After a few weeks of tnot responding to our installation date request, we decided to get other quotes. And I am glad we did. All point came out the next day after requesting a free estimate and determine the fireplace did not have to get torn down. A gas insert can get installed instead. They gave us several options and we decided on a large size gas insert. And the cost would be a little over half the price of the other company. It took some time to get the unit, but the surround for the fireplace was custom made, so that was understandable and well worth the wait. I am so glad we went with All Points Heating & Fireplace. And would recommend them to anyone needing a new fireplace. I have a second fireplace I will have them do in the next 2-3 years; as well as a rental property that will need a fireplace gas insert update. They also to HVAC service, which I have already signed up after my current HVAC company failed to meet expectations.

We had our direct vent gas fireplace replaced by All Points. It involved removal of old fireplace, reframing, adjusting existing mantle height, and replacing outside exhaust vent. There were several possible ways to go, and Eric did a great job planning the project, so that the end result was perfect. Dee thought of a way to retain our existing mantle, while meeting all code specs. Dee and Riley were knowlegable, communicative, friendly, and did an amazing job. They did a great job protecting the furniture and cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend them!
