Darrell did a great job fixing our pellet stove! After a big brand name heating company came out and diagnosed our issue they were trying to charge us over 2k to replace a duct tee. We gave Darrell a call to get a 2nd opinion and we're happy we did. You just don't get the personal friendly service with these giant companies anymore, Darrell was very nice and professional and ultimately got our stove fixed. We'll be using Leveled Up Chimney for all our future services.

Darrell came and cleaned our pellet stove insert and the exhaust system. He inspected our chimney and gave good recommendations on how to improve the functionality of our system. He was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend him for anyone who needs chimney work done.

I loved the initial work. Very pleased with it. After a few months the border started crumbling. He accused us of chopping wood on the hearth. Because there was a hatchet on it. I explained that’s right inside the back door and they do kindling on the back porch. Further the damage on the border on the opposite side. He basically called me a liar, complained about the driving distance, and wanted $2500 to repair it. Loved him now not so much.
