I called in the morning, and Mike was here in a few hours to clean our gas fireplace insert. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He also sent an estimate for refurbishing our older stove as well as estimate.of the cost of a new insert. He also followed up the next day to make sure the insert was working well or if we had any questions. Highly recommend Chimney and Fireplace Solutions.
