Wrote my review at the time but I see it’s not listed! Paid to have my pellet stove cleaned but they don’t clean pellet stoves! Not was I was told when I made an appointment Charged me over $200 to clean my 6” stove pipe ! Never again!

Had great experiences with this place for years, but I think it must be closed now. I have been trying to call to schedule service for months with no response. Then the last time I tried, my call was forwarded to a taxi service in Ashland. Also tried emailing with no luck.

Your mailbox is FULL! Either clean it out, answer your calls or shutdown your website! Very annoying and disrespectful to your loyal customers!

I have called multiple times and the phone has never been answered. I have left voicemails, sent emails, and tried to book appointments online - none have been successful. I've never received a call back, an email response, or been able to book an appointment on their website (it always says there are no appointments available, even if you look 10+ months out. I'm beginning to wonder if they are even in business anymore or if I should just give up.
