The Top Hatter

I used them back in 2017 and they did a great job 5 stars back then. But now is a different story, I cann't even get them to answer the phone, I leave messages no return call. Sent them a text, she responds "they are realy busy right now". No one is so busy they cann't respond to a customer inquiry. Called Tip Top Chimney service, answered phone & scheduled me in for the next day service. Top Hatter should just quit if they are going to do this bad of a job.

So after moving their arrival time back over 2 hours, they showed up unprepared. They didn’t have systems to protect our home from soot or their employees for that matter. One of them opened a portion of the piping and had soot fall in his face/eyes. So he runs to our bathroom getting soot all over everything. I spent 45 minutes cleaning up and we have a stain to deal with on our carpet. Why wouldn’t you provide your employees with protective eyewear??? They seemed very limited on their knowledge and I’m concerned about their thoroughness.
