Portland Fireplace and Chimney

I give credit to and 100%, 5 Stars satisfaction to Mike Keller, Melody, Brittany and Desirae’. When a disaster happened to my chimney, they were there that same day and gave me immediate service. They are top of the line in knowledge and expertise to service the fireplace, chimney and surrounding roof.

Did not show or call for the first appointment, when contacted I received an apology and another date 9 days later that I accepted. They did not show or call that day either. Wasted quite a lot of my time instead of just declining the job.

I was referred by my realtor Don Clemons. I called with questions about my gas fireplace insert. I had just bought the house and we didn't know anything about it. He took time out of his Saturday to talk with me for probably 20 minutes, text him pictures of my fireplace, and walk me through its operation, what parts do what with the components of the fireplace underneath the sheath where the gas valve and components are. Thank you!!!!!

This is a stellar company. From the initial call with Melanie to the visit from Mike, the care and professionalism was awesome.
