Great experience with our chimney cleaning. Dan called ahead, was on time, friendly, and very easy to work with. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and made sure everything was clean when he finished. Really appreciated how straightforward and professional he was, no pressure for extra services. American Chimney & Masonry was helpful. Their website had pictures of others that had my exact problem so I called them. The office staff was nice and knowledgeable. Dan called and came out as scheduled to investigate our fireplace problem. He took many pictures and will give us an estimate on the solution.
