3rd visit. first was the estimater Earl (dad), second was installer Cody(son), third was a chimney sweep Cody(son). Each time they were very courteous, answered questions and completed the job as expected. To top it off, they are very much dog lovers and tolerated my pit pup to get up under their faces and show them super love whenever they were working low on the floor. Speaking to my dog as she were the client goes straight to five stars. Office manager is super helpful and showroom gal always polite. I totally recommend doing business here. After 2 yrs of struggle lighting a fire in a windy area, house filling with smoke and having to open all windows and doors for an hour each time.... I finally asked Kozy about the draft on my stove. Office manager suggested a wind direction hood on my chimney. The most positive thing i can say is, if you live on the coast and struggle with starting fires because of the wind.. or any other reason that smokes out your house.. you should call cozy and have this wind cap installed on your chimney. $350 cost and it totally changed my wood burning experience... No more smoke in the house, opening windows, nursing the fire... thank you office lady for the education!

I have a 20 year old prefab propane driven fireplace in a house that we just recently purchased. Neighbors recommended Kozy to service it and I couldn't have been more right. Two young men showed up, took it apart, replaced some minor items, and then put it back together and it works much better with much more flames. They were on time, they knew what they were doing and they took their shoes off at my request. Thank you Kozy!
