The best! Our go to guy, he knows his stuff and gave us great recommendations on our chimney and stove upgrades and did incredible work!
Roger installed our wood stove in December. Great job but the weather was terrible so he deferred cleaning the chimney and said he’d come back and do it in the summer. The total bill for install included the chimney cleaning, but when he was scheduled to come back out in June he insisted on another payment for the cleaning, he told me he never said that he would come back and clean it as part of the original install. Then he tried to tell me he had cleaned it in December but that did not happen. I was there. I knew I should have gotten it in writing!
