If you want fast, reliable, professional service with a smile by a guy that knows his stuff, then Ryan is highly recommend as your guy! No one wants to hear that the pellet stove has stopped working in the middle of the winter but when mine did, I called FixaFlame. Ryan was able to get me in right away! He was in contact with me reminding me when he would arrive for his apt and even when he was on the way to the house. He had parts on hand but when they also were faulty and we had to order them, instead of leaving me high and dry with no heat, he even temporarily got the stove running so I could at least have heat while we waited for parts to come in. He left his work area cleaner than he found it, did more than what I orginally called him for by also cleaning the chimney to make sure that wasn't the problem, and the bill ended up even being less than what he orginally quoted me. Thanks Ryan for your great service! You truely are a gem and I will definitely be using you again!
