A year ago we started our maintenance contract with Cascade Heating & Specialties after receiving such excellent service from them when installing our humidifier. Michael C’s, service technician, service is excellent and professional, walking me through what was done, making heat adjustments to thermostat at my request, and providing an excellent references for duct cleaning that I’m following up on. They are the best.
