Jay jay was great, gave me all the info I needed and did a great job cleaning out my chimney!
guy showed up...didn't seem to know what he was doing, initially, and then didn't vacuum the fireplace though the woman on the phone said the price included cleaning. Cannot recommend these folks. Wish I had checked on the reviews before hiring them.
They canceled our first appointment and then never showed for the second appointment. I declined to reschedule for a third time and will find somewhere else that is more professional and dependable.
This is totally a scam. This company does not even exist when you Google them. All the ratings five stars are false if you look at the ratings at the Better Business Bureau is one star They have a website you can’t even book. It says book now for a chimney, clean and sweep. you click on it it doesn’t even open everything is scam to get you to book an appointment , even the van that is on their website has a different telephone number They are falsely advertising for cleaning and sweeping $125 when the person showed up it was a random guy I don’t think he even knew what he was doing. He quoted me $339. I said no. Be aware of this company
