My fire place stopped working. BVC were here on a short notice and did an outstanding service to fix it. Their technicians are polite and knowledgeable.
Had them come trouble shoot a pellet stove. The first visit was told the mother board was bad without even using a multi meter. We bought another mother board they came back and installed it, which didn't fix issue! Was asked if I had a multi meter so they can trouble shoot it more I do not have. Very unprepared. They said I need a new blower motor now which I bought. They came and put that in this week didn't fix issue. They did get it to turn on by bypassing the cleaning mode. They left as soon as it ran never even checked to see if it would fire back up which didnt. Do not use this guy very unprofessional and unprepared
We had a chimney that needed swept or inspected. It had been used heavily for heat in the 90's. Went with new Buck Stove and double walled liner. Great back up! Pleased with service and the stove!
