I recently had my fireplace professionally swept and was happy with the quality of the work. However, I was disappointed with the pricing process. I was initially given an estimate over the phone, but on the day of service, I received a new, significantly higher price range. And ultimately, the final price reflected the highest end of that new range. While I understand that the scope of the job may have changed, I was uncomfortable with how the pricing seemed to escalate over time. It left me feeling taken advantage of and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Danos was able to schedule an inspection as promptly as we needed, which we appreciated. The inspector was thorough and filed a report immediately. He graciously answered my questions in a follow-up phone call, which was so helpful. Highly recommend!
