Suburban Chimney & Masonry

We have a 40 year old interior masonry chimney that started leaking in rain, along with cracked bricks and cap. I called 3 major, well known Chimney contractors to come and give a job estimate. One said they would be in the area in maybe 4-6 weeks and could stop by then, the next said an estimate would be $225! When I called Suburban Chimney, Patrick sent out a technician THAT AFTERNOON to access the problem and take pictures. I had a very comprehensive, competitive estimate back by the end of the day. Kelly and crew showed up on schedule and did an excellent job of matching and rebuilding the entire exterior brick chimney from the roof line up. It turned out there was additional flue cracking and water damage to the clay tiles, which was a safety issue. Patrick recommended a stainless steel flue relining, which they did at a deep discount since they were already on site. I heat with wood and the stove hasn't worked this well for years. I contacted Suburban Chimney Solution to repair my chimney after a chimney fire. Patrick came out to my home right away and inspected the damage.
