Never showed for appt. and didn't call. The person that answered the phone and scheduled clearly didn't know what she was doing and seemed confused when I asked questions. Will never use them again after doing so in the past for inspections. Go elsewhere.

The absolute WORST service ever, I requested the fire box walls be cleaned. The kid vacuumed the walls and that was it. I wanted the soot removed, I thought they would use some type of cleaner and wash the area, wrong. I can wipe the walls and the soot is still there. Waste of time and money I would have given -10 stars if I could.
