Dave was polite, well informed, and meticulous. Before beginning the chimney repair, he conducted a thorough examination and showed us pictures of our chimney the creosote accumulation that needed to be removed. He fixed small cracks in the flue chimney liner in addition to doing a thorough cleaning. Our fireplace now smells great and operates flawlessly.
