The Clean Sweep

We had these folks out to the house to do some cleaning and they did a great job. I was disappointed with their communication and being relatively unprofessional with their demeanor. I reached out a few times with questions and they were not answered. They were going to provide a quote for repair services but couldn’t get them to return messages. Would not feel comfortable having them back in my home.

Mike came by today for inspection and cleaning. What a pleasant and nice guy! Very honest, helpful and efficient in his job. Will surely use again.

If you're looking for your local neighborhood petty thief look no further than Paul! He talks incessantly in circles, makes up pricing then does not deliver. Paid $300 for a chimney cap and still have yet to see it over a year later. What a joker.

Can’t speak to their actual work, but a man in their van drove by my house and yelled out to me (a woman) to ask my husband to reach out to them about a repair they noticed. A few weird things about this interaction: the unsolicited advice, the driving by my house TWICE while staring at me/my house in a creepy white van, and the assumptions that a woman is 1. Married, and 2. Not the primary owner/provider of her own house and its repairs. This is 2023, please do better. Edited to add a picture from my front door camera.
