I had New England Chimney Sweeps & Masons come out today to clean and inspect my chimney. Prompt, efficient, professional service, very reasonably priced and friendly... They didn't try to upsell in any way, they just told me what I might need in the future. Looking forward to working with them again!

If you are looking to buy something, this store is fine. However, if you need anything after your purchase this store will leave you high and dry. Chimney cleaning? Warranty issue? Any service of any kind? They'll never return your call, even if you leave multiple messages. I would have never purchased my stove here if I knew their follow up was so horrible. Would never do business again.

bought my stove from Bruce , great install , and have had three yearly cleanings. prompt ,clean and friendly experience.

I setup and scheduled an appointment for a estimate for a pellet stove insert installation. Bruce came over looked at my current hearth, chiminey and I was provided with an estimate that was competitive and fair. Bruce was in constant communication with me and I was provided with an approximate time frame and date for the installation. Bruce along with two workers showed up and completed the installation within a couple of hours. Everyone was respectful, courteous of my property, professional, and the work was completed in a timely fassion. After installation, Bruce contacted me back in regards to the stove. He answered questions I had about the stove, provided information about recommended pellets, local municipal inspections, and insurance policies in regards to the stove. Anytime I had a question about the stove, Bruce provided me with an answer within a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the extended customer service after the point of sale, competitive pricing, and assistance with technicial questions. I would recommend this local business. Update: Experienced some problems with the stove on it's lowest setting. Bruce came back to the house adjusted and leveled the stove. He tweaked some of the advanced settings and now the stove is running great. Additionally he provided me with info on 1 ton clean outs and on annual chiminey sweeps. A++ customer service
