The team provided excellent chimney sweep service and shared helpful advice about our fireplace. Our house is 35 years old and the fireplace hadn't been used in a long time. They discovered it wasn't set up correctly, but they took care of everything and made sure our chimney and fireplace were safe and ready to use. Very happy with how thorough and knowledgeable they were!

ForgeMaster Chimney Sweeps came out quickly when I had a carbon monoxide situation at my house. There had been a problem with my chimney cap, which let a squirrel get inside and block the flue that vents my gas hot water heater. Derek and Jared were both knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained what could be done right away, as well as some long-term solutions for keeping my chimneys safe. They were able to install a proper chimney cap during the same visit, and the whole service took about two hours at a fair price. I can see why they're so highly recommended for chimney sweep services—excellent work!

They took their time to make sure everything was done properly and cleaned up so well afterwards that you couldn't even tell any work had been done. The team was quick to respond and took the time to explain every step of the process. They installed our woodstove right into the fireplace and did excellent work, making sure everything fit perfectly. We didn’t choose the cheapest option, but Derek never pressured us and gave honest answers to all our questions, even comparing different woodstove models for us. Even though the exact design we wanted wasn’t available at the time, Derek was prepared with helpful notes about what options were in stock. Since moving to Providence, I was glad to find someone who carries Vermont woodstoves, which was my top pick. It was definitely worth the trip to see his woodstove samples and have a face-to-face chat. Derek also came out to our place to double-check the measurements and figure out which chimney connected to each fireplace before starting the installation. We’ll definitely be calling them again next year for our chimney sweep and maintenance.
