They just looked at our chimney and said things look great…. There was no inspection. They wouldn’t tell us an estimate for the clean until they got here and then proceeded to bargain with us when we said no with the rate still being very high. We found another company that had a way lower rate with great reviews that we will be using… Would not use this company
Pilgrim Chimney Sweep well deserves the 5 star rating they have on here. They stand by their service and take the time to answer all your questions. They serviced my old (discontinued ) pellet stove and got it up and running again. I highly recommend the company.
