Chimcare Peabody

so i was doing some yard work last week and spotted this huge problem with my foundation that i honestly had no idea was there. called peabody foundation repair and they came out and basically told me the whole thing was shot, needed to tear it all down and start over. they did the whole rebuild and put in new flashing at the base to keep water from seeping in anymore. thing looks great now and i haven't seen a single leak since they finished, seriously couldn't be happier with how they handled it

Mortar was crumbling between the bricks and I could literally poke it out with my finger. These guys came out a few days ago and repointed the whole thing. Looks brand new now and the structure feels solid again. No more worrying about water getting in there.

The top of my chimney wasn't shedding water right, so Chimcare in Peabody put on a new crown with the correct slope and it's been dry since they finished yesterday. They were easy to work with and left everything clean. If youre in peabody, ma call them.
