When we moved into this house a few years ago it was apparent that it had not been maintained on a routine basis. Ronaldo Lopez of TGS Home Improvement was referred to us from a mutual friend and we have worked with Ronaldo and TGS ever since. Ronaldo is honest, dependable and has always perform the highest quality of work. We have been thoroughly satisfied with the projects TGS Home improvements has completed that has help to improve the quality of our home. These are the projects that TGS Home Improvements competed for us: -Retaining Wall Cracks and Repairs Power washed, repaired and resurfaced several areas of the retaining wall due to sprawling and cracks and added weep holes to the retaining wall for proper drainage. -Chimney Installed a new chimney cap and repointed and sealed the brick abutting the foundation and roof line. -Home Drainage System Installed an NDS 5 "Pro Series Channel Drainage channel system to ensure proper drainage in the front end of the walkway and the end of the driveway to prevent ponding of water around the foundation. TGS also incorporated both sides of the house downspout gutters into a channel drainage system to help facilitate adequate drainage. Given the age our home all of these projects required a high level of planning ,knowledge and skill. I called at short notice because I was under pressure knowing I had a scheduled roof project comming up and didn't realize hiw bad my chimney was Ronaldo came out to worcester for me sized it up understood my time and budget restraint squeezed me in within a week before my roof being done to repair and repoint my chimney to make it structurally sound and he was professional Polite neat and clean. I think it came out awesome considering my chimney is old and couldn't afford to have a total rebuilt done at the time He was honest to tell me the truth if he saw anything that needed addressing he didn't over sell me and is extremely confident in his work. I will definitely hire him again for other projects in the future I highly recommend his services.
