I had a disappointing experience with 911 Chimney while selling my house. I am an out of state owner and my realtor recommended them for a chimney inspection and some HVAC work after buyer inspector recommended they be replaced. Daniel was given the inspection report from buyers inspector and decided to go against what was on the report and do what he felt was "cheap" or easy for him. The buyers inspector ultimately inspected the property and found issues. Unfortunately, the flashing was done poorly, leading to the inspector's rejection. Which cost me additional money for the inspector to come back out. Daniel did return to fix it, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the problems didn’t stop there. Daniel was also responsible for installing new ductwork for the HVAC system. He rigged the machine incorrectly and folded the filter, claiming he couldn’t find the right size. To make matters worse, I discovered gas leaks, and after multiple visits from WE Energy, it was clear Daniel didn’t handle the situation properly. He charged extra for materials and labor, and I felt uneasy when he asked me to send money via PayPal as "friends and family." After weeks of delays and the buyer's lender threatening to cancel the loan, I had to hire another contractor who properly replaced the ductwork and identified the gas leaks—complete with video evidence. When I asked Daniel for some understanding regarding the costs, he became uncooperative and refused to help, stating he would take back discounts he had initially offered. His wife, Carrie, was also involved in the process, but that didn’t help the situation. I lost money paying another person to do the work they forced me to pay or I wouldn't get a lien waiver Overall, I cannot recommend 911 Chimney

Excellent customer service excellent response and excellent work for the price thank you. You guys are awesome and It’s nice to meet somebody who owns the business who owns A small family owned business But they know what they’re doing and I’m impressed
