Non responsive. Installed a new damper that now has smoke backing up into my house and will NOT call back or come out to look at it. It started with excuses and then he just never called back.

Keith is communicative and reliable - and most importantly, more than fair. He always goes above and beyond. A bonus is that he is very dog-friendly!

This company came recommended by the woman who previously owned my home. I was happy to get a trustworthy referral. Keith came and did my chimney once. I was very happy with the service. I called the following season and left two voicemails about coming out for another cleaning. No response. I called this year to see if the previous year’s lack of response was a fluke and I could get them out this season. I left another very nice voicemail asking to schedule a service. No call back. I don’t get it. I do understand that things get busy for small business owners (I am one), but this isn’t isolated to a one time missed message. Not sure what to make of it, but it’s very frustrating.
