Mark and Coastal Chimney are the best caretakers of our fireplace, flu, damper, and chimney cap we have had in 50 years of homeownership. Expertise is evident when they walk in the door. Clean, problem solvers, communicate extremely well and a great value. Have put on a new chimney cap, thoroughly cleaned the flu’s, repaired the damper and cleaned the fireplace. Can’t recommend them more highly. Even tidyed the roof and gutters while they were up there. Amazing service!

I scheduled an appointment to have the two fireplaces in our Marblehead home cleaned last month. Mark showed up on time and was both pleasant and professional. He explained what he was going to do, did the work, and did not try to upsell us anything or lock us into a contract. I really appreciate his honest approach and of course the good work - our fireplaces look great!
