i had first class chimney cleaning come out to my house in lexington because my furnace chimney was packed with old bird nests. it got so clogged that my new furnace stopped working. ross and brendan really went above and beyond, working hard to clean out the whole chimney and get it back to working perfectly. even though our roof is pretty steep, they used their chimney sweep tools and cameras, going up and down until the job was done right. the price was fair and just what i was told ahead of time, which i appreciated. they even checked in with me after to make sure i was satisfied. really friendly and professional team—i’m relieved to know my chimney is in great shape and i’ll have heat through the cold ma winters. great customer service and hard workers!

We hired a chimney sweep to repoint, reline, and cap the chimneys in our old farmhouse. Brendan showed a high level of professionalism, even when he had to work in very tight and dark parts of the chimney. Whenever any issues came up, he quickly adapted and fixed them as he continued with the job. Brendan’s knowledge about historic brickwork and choosing the right mortar was very helpful in keeping the character and function of our centuries-old Rumford chimney intact. He even took the time to explain to my husband how to properly clean the chimney and the best way to disconnect our wood stoves for maintenance.
