Their technician, Luis, was friendly and explained what he was checking for. He found a small crack that needed repair and showed me exactly where it was. The Chimney Cleaning he performed afterward was incredibly thorough. My fireplace now burns cleaner and more efficiently. Luis worked neatly and respected my home the entire time. Excellent service from Ben. I actually called on a Saturday and he was able to provide service the same day. He cleaned the dryer vent and updated the transition between the dryer and the wall. I will definitely use GORD Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Of Haverhill, MA again.
