We have been using Chimney Chap for years to keep our chimneys in top condition. Recently we decided to completely redo our fireplace surround, hearth, mantel and install a new gas fire place. From the get go the entire Chimney Chap team had been superb. Talking through every detail, providing optionalities, and considerations. Scott and his crew were always transparent, honest, and kept their word throughout the entire project. On top of that their craftsmanship, skill, and attention to detail made for a new space that surpassed our expections. Great team to work with!

Dylan came by to do yearly cleaning/check up on our pellet stove. As before Dylan did a great job, reviewed how it was running and went over a couple questions I had. The process was quick and easy. Thanks Dylan and Chimney Chaps!!! Jim W
